The short version: we only collect what you type into the contact form or send us by email, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
When you submit the project brief form, we collect the details you type in: your name, work email, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional website URL, the services you're interested in, and the project context you describe (current tools, the process involved, desired outcome, timeframe, budget range, and any additional notes).
The site itself does not require an account and does not collect payment information.
Your submission is used for exactly one purpose: reviewing your project and replying to you. We may reference the details you shared during a follow-up conversation or written proposal.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Form submissions are forwarded from our server to our own workflow tooling (an n8n automation), which delivers them to our inbox and internal project tracker. The submission travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
If you email us directly, your message stays in our email provider like any normal correspondence.
We keep enquiry details for as long as they're relevant to a live conversation or project. If you'd like your enquiry deleted, email us and we'll remove it from our systems.
The site stores a single preference in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme choice. It never leaves your device.
If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
You can request a copy of the information you've sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email us. We reply to every such request.
