A site assistant grounded in real product documentation — it answers with sources, escalates when unsure, and logs every gap in the docs.
The problem
Support answers live across docs, old emails, and one teammate's memory. The same ten questions arrive every week, replies slow down after hours, and nobody knows which answers the docs are missing.
What was built
Documentation is ingested into a searchable index. A chat assistant on the site answers strictly from that material, citing the page it drew from. When confidence is low it says so, offers a human handoff, and the question is logged. A weekly review lists unanswered questions so the docs improve where it matters.

What makes it work
Timelines shown are typical-scope placeholders, not quotes. Your scope gets a written estimate after discovery.
